six feet under
corpses cry, too
or maybe that’s just something i heard.
it’s oddly comforting:
knowing that our emotions are so strong,
even death cannot curb.
corpses cry, too
which is nice to know.
it makes me feel less lonely,
when i’m crying all alone.
corpses cry, too
and i
will lie
right next to them.
corpses cry, too—
crack the lid,
let the life back in.
