How to forget something that happened a super long time ago, like is that even possible or do people just say time heals because they don’t know what else to say, and is there a point where remembering becomes some kind of failure, like if I were stronger or healthier or better I wouldn’t still feel it in my body, and how do you stop being angry at someone who hurt you when everyone says forgiveness is important but what if forgiving feels like letting them win, and am I a bad person for still being mad or for wanting the memory to go quiet, and is there a way to make your brain stop replaying something or do you just live with it forever, and what if I don’t want to live with it forever, what if I just want to sleep or walk or breathe without it tugging at me, is there a step-by-step for forgetting or is that stupid?
